Report discrimination or human rights violations at Coalition MARGINS

Documenting cases of discrimination is a program of the Coalition MARGINS through which we collect information on violations of the rights of marginalized communities. Documenting cases of rights violations is a written description of cases in which the rights of marginalized communities have been violated. The form contains questions about detailed data on the violation of rights, including data on the victims, data on the perpetrators, data on the proceedings at the competent authorities and data on the event in which the rights were violated.

The focus of the documentation of cases is on violations of the rights of marginalized groups such as: LGBTI, sex workers, women who are victims of violence, people with disabilities, Roma and other ethnic minorities, people living with HIV, people who are using drugs, poor citizens, people with social risk and others.
