Macedonian Young Lawyers Association (MYLA) is and independent, non-profit, professional organization founded in 2003 and it provides legal aid and strategic representation for protection of human rights. With its knowledge and innovative capacities of young lawyers MYLA aims for promotion and advancement of the rule of law and it influences the public policies through research and analysis preparation. MYLA aims towards a society where rule of law is established and where people proactively stand up for respect of their basic human rights and freedoms.

MYLA is a leading organization and a reliable role player in the society protecting human rights and advocating for rule of law by the use of young lawyers’ innovative approach and their capacities.
MISSION
MYLA is a non-profit organization which provides legal aid, builds capacities, encourages changes in the public policies and in the implementation of the law, it advocates for protection and respect of human rights and legal safety.
Strategic goals of MYLA for 2019-2021
1. Legal empowerment and protection of basic human rights and needs
2. Promotion of rule of law and equalizing the national policies with the EU law
3. Improving the quality of the service the institutions offer to its citizens
4. Professionalism, expertise and integrity enforcement among young law graduates
